MEET & CLIENT BRIEF

An initial client-briefing meeting is set up to get to know our clients. We aim to learn how the client wishes to use the property, what vision they have for their venue or brand, their personal style and put extreme importance on fully understanding their aspirations for the space, the budget and any timescales.

Following this thorough stage we will send a proposal to the client outlining the brief as we understand it along with our design fee schedule.

CONCEPT DESIGN

We interpret our clients brief into concept design; explore spatial planning options with floor plans and sketches and the overall look and feel of each area with samples.

This stage is very collaborative and we encourage lots of feedback.

INSTALLATION & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We ensure attention to detail is paramount to the instillation and our designers will attend regular site meetings ensuring all elements of the design are meticulously adhered to and the project is progressing accordingly.
